Making a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Knowincome Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens after you do. It is a general template and should not be read as legal advice.
What a Complaint Can Cover
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Knowincome Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Concerns About a Provider
The providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with a remodeling project, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Knowincome Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Reach Us With a Complaint
Email contact@knowincome.com and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember it
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do
What Happens After That
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider, and then let you know what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Remain Unhappy
If our response does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, your state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
