How Our Network Works
Connect with a local provider
Who You Talk To
When you call, you reach an independent remodeling provider who serves your area, or a partner who routes calls to one. Knowincome Remodeling does not have remodelers on staff. The person on the line works for the provider's business, and they can talk about your actual project.
What the First Call Covers
The call is short and friendly. You will likely be asked which room you want to change, what is wrong with it, whether anything is leaking now, which town you live in and when someone could visit. It is about understanding your project, not about pressuring you.
If you send the form instead, the provider gets the same details and reaches out by phone or email.
Questions You Can Ask the Provider
- Do you hold the license my state requires?
- Can I see proof of insurance?
- Who pulls the permit and books inspections?
- Will my quote be itemized?
- How do you handle damage found behind the walls?
- How many days will we be without the room?
- What warranty covers your labor?
Jot the answers down so you can compare later.
You Stay in Charge
You decide what to change, how much to spend and who to hire. Nothing on the call commits you. Take the time you need to feel comfortable.
