Who We Are

Knowincome Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Albuquerque area with independent local providers who remodel bathrooms and kitchens. We do not do the remodeling ourselves.

Why This Service Exists

You probably know how it goes. You decide the bathroom finally needs work. You call a few companies between meetings. Some do not call back. One can come in a month. Life fills the gap, and the cracked shower keeps leaking. We take that first step off your plate so a provider can look at the room sooner.

How You Are Matched With a Provider

You call or send the estimate form. You share your town and a few details about the room. Your request goes to an independent provider who serves that area and handles that type of project. The provider contacts you, sets a visit and writes up a quote.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers to keep appointments, explain the work in plain language and give itemized written quotes. We expect them to respect your home and your time. Homeowner feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed.

What We Do Not Do

We do not set prices, sign contracts, schedule crews or inspect work. Each provider is an independent business that sets its own prices and terms. Each one is responsible for its own work, licenses and insurance.

Before you sign, check the provider's license and insurance and ask who pulls permits.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay us when we connect them with homeowners. That does not change the price a provider quotes you. You pay the provider directly for any work you choose. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has more detail.
